Pretty late 1950's black silk or rayon chiffon cocktail dress with a sweeping swag skirt and rhinestone embellished bodice. The rhinestones are formed in a starburst pattern across the bodice front. The bodice is sleeveless with a rounded neckline, fitted bust & waist with darts. The skirt is straight with a back kick pleat, A tiny bow above each hip where the sheer chiffon side swags begin (see close-ups). Back metal zipper. The dress is fully lined in a black rayon. Condition: excellent, fabric is crisp and well cared for. No flaws found, only a tiny pull on the shoulder that is not noticeable at all. |
