The fabric is an iridescent purple, mixed with the brown velvet leaf pattern, the composition has an optical illusion quality. Very unique! The dress has 3/4 length sleeves, a rounded neckline, and a slightly empire bustline. Dips low in back. The skirt flares out. Metal zipper up the back. Lined with a black muslin-like fabric. Tag reads, Gustave Tassell. Condition: Excellent with one small slightly light spot on the skirt that is not noticeable because of the faille fabric.
