Gorgeous 1950's bright polished cotton dress with blue flower print and sequin embellishments. Hard to tell by pics, dress was too small for the mannequin. The dress is actually a halter, but the previous owner tacked the straps down in the back (can easily be returned to a halter by undoing the straps). The dress is fitted in the bust and waist with pretty iridescent sequin designs throughout the front and back bodice and up along the halter straps. The skirt has wide pleats along the sides and can be worn with a crinoline as seen in our photos or worn without to create a more demure look. There are two narrow bows at the back waist. Bodice is lined with off-white rayon and the skirt is fully lined with white muslin. Metal zipper up the back. Condition: no flaws found, looks hardly worn. Fabric is crisp and new, all sequins look to be intact. Great spring and summer dress. Size 0/2, extra small.
