| Cute Best & Co. silky black velvet gogo dress with satin trim and bead and sequin band around the waist. Best & Co. was a high end department store on Fifth Ave., NYC, operating from 1879 to 1971. The dress has short sleeves, a rounded neckline, tailored bust and a high waistline. The black satin trims the neckline and sleeve openings. The trim around the waist is goldish sequins with metal silver beads. The trim dips in the back. A-line skirt. Bodice is lined with black rayon, skirt a black muslin. Metal zipper up the back. Label reads, "Gino exclusively for Best & Co." Condition: very good to excellent with no noticeable problems. There is a square mark on the back of the skirt with two pinhead sized picks in the velvet next to it. You really have to look for it. No other problems. Small-medium (larger bust).
