Beautiful silk faille 1950's cocktail dress attributed to Ceil Chapman ("Chapman" label on belt, no tags remaining in dress). Silk fabric is blue roses on a white background. Rounded neckline, almost off-the-shoulder with cute slightly puffed sleeves. Tie details on the sleeves. Bodice is designed with the ruching diagonally draped around. Fitted bust, waist and hips. Skirt has a wrap design with a rounded hem where it crosses over. Metal zipper up the back. Fully lined with a white rayon or silk.

Condition: Excellent/Near mint. Cannot find any holes, stains or wear. Belt is slightly discolored, but not noticeable. Cleaned and ready to wear.
