1950's Lord and Taylor polished cotton or silk blend cocktail dress with an unique tucked design on the bust. The fabric is an abstract blue and green flower print. The neckline is almost off-the-shoulder with a tucked design around the cap sleeves (notice the 5 or 6 tucks following the contour of the sleeve). The neckline dips in the front with a large bow set on an angle. From the center of this bow is a twist of fabric that fans out in tucks across the bust. Piping along the waistline. Straight skirt. Metal zipper up the back. Label reads, "Lord + Taylor, Fifth Avenue."

Condition: Excellent, cannot find any problems and very well cared for. Dress has been taken in a little, about an inch. Skirt taken up about 2".
